Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with Business Navigator. Here's how refunds work.

1. 14-day free trial

Every account starts with a full-featured 14-day trial. No credit card required. If Business Navigator isn't for you, simply don't subscribe — you won't be charged.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and change your mind within 7 days of your first paid invoice, email billing@businessnavigators.net and we'll refund that invoice in full — no questions asked.

3. Cancellations after 7 days

You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

4. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term.

5. Duplicate or failed charges

We refund duplicate charges automatically. If you spot one, email us and we'll process it within 5 business days.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@businessnavigators.net with your account email and invoice number. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
