By creating an account or subscribing to Business Navigator you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service
Business Navigator provides AI-generated business intelligence, lead lists, competitor monitoring and marketing content for local service businesses. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
2. Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, access pauses unless you subscribe.
3. Subscription & billing
- Plans: Starter €19/mo, Professional €49/mo, Premium €99/mo. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
- Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Failed payments: access continues for a 3-day grace period, then is restricted until payment is completed.
4. Cancellation
Cancel any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time — see the for exceptions. Refund Policy
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, resale or redistribution of leads, competitor data or reports.
- No unlawful, harassing or misleading use of AI-generated content.
- One account per business unless a team seat is included in your plan.
6. Intellectual property
You own the content you upload. We own the platform, models and aggregated market data. Weekly reports are licensed to you for internal business use only.
7. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain errors — verify before acting. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia.
